Return Policy
Please note that our return policy applies only to products sold within our stores or online in Malaysia. At Find Me Mac, we do not offer general refunds or exchanges for all items. Instead, each return is subject to specific criteria and conditions that must be met to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please refer to the list of items that are eligible and non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

In order to be eligible for returns, you must fulfil the following:

Cancellation Refund
Any cancellations made as per Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions will result in a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled transaction. The refund process will be processed within seven (7) to twenty-one (21) days. This policy does not entitle you to further compensation or the right to insist on order completion or product delivery beyond the cancellation refund.
Exchange
Should you receive a defective or damaged item, we are committed to facilitating an exchange. To initiate the exchange process, please send us an email at hello@findmemac.com and then ship the item to the following address:

Shipping
In the event that you’re returning a product, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Please mail the product along with the receipt or proof of payment to our address mentioned above. The shipping costs are non-refundable, and in case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your returned item is valued over RM1,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the item.

Kindly be informed that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. We regret to inform you that promotional or sale items cannot be refunded.
Items in Cart
Items in your Cart do not constitute a confirmed booking. Availability may change, and some items could go out of stock during the time they are in your Cart. If an item becomes unavailable, you will be promptly notified that it is “unavailable.”
Ex-Demo Items
Ex-demo items are sold on an “AS IS” basis without any warranty and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable, either partially or entirely. These products may exhibit cosmetic imperfections, such as scratches, marks, discoloration, or dents, and no support is provided concerning these cosmetic issues.
We advise buyers to thoroughly inspect ex-demo items at the pick-up location before accepting the purchase. While refunds are available at the pick-up location, please note that no further refund will be granted once the buyer accepts the item and leaves the pick-up location.
